Eligibility for Return & Refund


Products may only be returned or refunded if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.


Returns due to change of mind will not be accepted.


Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.


Return Process


Contact our Customer Service at salesp@gnipharma.com.my within 7 days.


Provide your order number, reason for return, and photographic evidence (if applicable).


Ship the product back to our company address:27A, Jalan Nirwana 39, Taman Nirwana, 68000 Ampang Jaya, Selangor.


Costs


Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.


Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Refund & Replacement


Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or original payment method within a reasonable period.


Customers may also request a replacement product instead of a refund.
